High value haul snatched from Cumbernauld home
Thieves targeted a home in Balloch's Cairnoch Hill during daylight hours on Wednesday and helped themselves to a haul worth thousands of pounds.
Items taken include two three-figure sums of cash, one in sterling and the other in Euros, an iPad and two luxury designer watches bearing the Omega and Tag Heuer brand. The latter is worth £4,500.
Entry was gained by smashing French windows to the rear of the property. Anyone with information should contact 101.
