It’s time for a major makeover

From 5 p.m. on Monday, August 13, the doors of the Cumbernauld News office will be closed for four weeks, while work of a different nature feverishly takes place inside.

A team of builders and decorators will be transforming our offices into a bright, modern place to work.

Throughout the project the news and advertising team will be working just as hard, from a temporary base, to ensure your Cumbernauld News and Kilsyth Chronicle come out every Wednesday.You will still be able to call us on our regular phone numbers, email, send a Facebook message and tweet us throughout the refurbishment, we’ll be ready to chat to you, plus we’ll be holding surgeries in Kilsyth and Cumbernauld if you want to speak to someone in person.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience during this time, but it will be worth it.
