The countdown is on for the area’s only outdoor music festival and the charity cash is rolling in already.
For a well wisher who wants to remain anonymous has gifted the C in the Park committee four tents which will be used on the day.
The Kilsyth man said he would accept no payment but stressed that a donation to charity would cover it.
To that end, the organisers have given Lesley Dickinson of Kilsyth Community Food Bank the sum of £100, which has been gratefully received.
And the giving doesn’t stop there as proceeds from ticket sales will be gifted to the British Heart Foundation and two cancer charities.
C in the Park takes place on Saturday, May 28 in Kilsyth Sports Field.
Tickets are priced £5 and are available from Skiddle.com. Doors open at 11am and the event finishes at 9pm.
Top acts including George Bowie, Mallorca Lee and Jack Eye Jones are in the line up.
