Man Utd legend Fergie has praise for Kilsyth Rangers

KILSYTH Rangers’ incredible Glory Days DVD has been commended by legendary Scottish manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

The club were contacted by the Manchester United boss after he watched the footage of their first ever Scottish Junior Cup final win, from May 1955.

Fergie was said to have greatly enjoyed the trip down memory lane, and even sent the club a cheque for £500.

President of Kilsyth Rangers, Russell McKay, said: “We at the club realise how busy Sir Alex is and we think it speaks volumes of the man.”
