Missing Biggar man is '˜safe and well'
Police have announced that Richard Lee, reported missing from Biggar last week, has been traced safe and well.
The 35-year-old was reported missing with the last sighting of him said to have been in Culter at 10am on Monday, February 8.
Police then issued a description and photograph of the man, as concerns grew about his wellbeing.
