MYSTERY surrounds the name of the retailer who could be moving into Kilsyth if planning permission is given the go-ahead.
A planning application has been lodged with North Lanarkshire Council to build a new retail unit and car park at a site adjacent to Lidl on Garrell Road in the town.
The local authority received the planning application on November 12, last year from Smith Design Associates on behalf of TJ Morris Ltd who are the owners of Home Bargains.
But when the News and Chronicle contacted the company, they said they were not behind the planning application.
