Former Kilsyth minister dies
Many people in Kilsyth have been saddened by the death of a former minister in the town.
Jim Webster served as locum minister in Burns and Old Parish Church for almost three years, prior to the appointment of the Rev Stuart Steell.
Jim had been ill for around six weeks and died at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice on May 29.
A church spokesperson said Jim had endeared himself to all those he had met in the town.
