Our Jam Jar Army cash is all adding up
Earlier this year we launched our cash collection to raise money for Strathcarron Hospice.
We challenged readers of the Cumbernauld News and Kilsyth Chronicle to fill a jam jar with coppers and coins and make every little bit count.
The fundraiser, which will continue on into 2014, already has dozens of people taking part and we want you to join in. We’re asking schools, groups, shops, offices and inviduals to pop a collection jar somewhere prominent to help coin it in.
When your jar is full simply drop the coins off to our office at 10-12 Tay Walk, Cumbernauld G67 1Bu and we’ll take care of the cash until we donate the final tally to Strathcarron.
