Robert Owen Primary School Burns Concert slideshow

PUPILS and staff at Robert Owen Primary in Lanark enjoyed a spectacular Scots afternoon celebrating the life and work of Robert Burns.

The pupils recited poems, sang songs and played a variety of musical instruments to celebrate the Bard’s birthday in style.

Robert Owen head teacher David Lynas said: “Events like this keep Scottish culture alive; it keeps the Scottish identity alive for future generations.”
