Samaritanis thanked
A MUM from Queenzieburn would like to say thank you to a kind-hearted stranger who made sure she didn’t lose a very valuable envelope.
Charleen McDonald (25) was shopping at Tesco in Craigmarloch last Wednesday with her two children when she nearly left an envelope full of cash on one of the counters after buying cigarettes.
As Charleen turned to walk away without the money, a man and his two daughters stopped her and handed it back. She has asked us to pass on her regards to the gentleman.
