A CUMBERNAULD school has been repeatedly targeted during a series of break-ins – some of which are believed to have been conducted in broad daylight by culprits as young as 14.
St Margaret of Scotland Primary in Carbrain fell prey to burglars after its janitor went on holiday.
The News has learned that thousands of pounds worth of damage has been inflicted on the property after windows were smashed. The school’s garden has also been vandalised.
Unconfirmed estimates suggest the young thugs have struck FOUR times - and police have been able to issue details of two incidents which saw the alleged youngsters leaving the property with stolen goods.
