SFRS launches new Twitter account
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has announced the launch of its first national Twitter account.
Followers of @fire_scot will gain an unparalleled insight into the work of SFRS with up-to-the-minute news, information and exclusive content from across the service.
The new account joins the official SFRS Facebook page and Instagram service (@scotfirerescueservice).
As a member of the ‘Twitter Alerts’ service, @fire_scot will continue to share critical information directly to people’s phones in times of emergency.
