Thieves break into home and make off with car
SNEAKY thieves broke into a house, snatched several items and made off with the householders car.
The incident happened on Ashlar Avenue, Cumbernauld between 10pm on Monday, August 20, and 7am the next day.
They gained access through an insecure door and took the car keys from inside the house.
The stolen car is a white 60 plate Vauxhall Insignia and police are appealing for information.
