Girls struck by car outside Cumbernauld school
Two girls were struck by a car outside St Maurice’s High School in Cumbernauld on Tuesday, February 17.
A police spokeswoman said: “We attended a report of a road accident at 3:32pm.
“Two 13 year old females from Cumbernauld were involved and sustsained minor injuries. One remained in Monklands overnight for observation.”
The driver of the car, a woman, was uninjured and is not facing any criminal charges.
