Upgrade for recreation area
WORK is scheduled to start at Burngreen Recreation Ground in Kilsyth next Monday.
The overhaul will take 12 weeks to complete.
The red blaes area at the children's play park will be paved, fences will be replaced, paths improved and there will also be some landscaping work carried out.
This work is being orchestrated by community organisation Friends of Burngreen Park and Recreation Ground, who secured 100,000 funding for the project.
It follows hot on the heels of the 750,000 renovation of Burngreen Park.
