Vandals set fire to wheelie bin

COPS in Cumbernauld are looking for vandals responsible for setting fire to a wheelie bin.

The incident happened on Haildon Avenue sometime between 2.30pm on Saturday, August 18, and 10.30am the following day.

Police say they are treating the incident as wilful fire raising.
