People who want to improve their confidence or reduce their stress levels are being encouraged to take part in the Life Coaching Club which will begin in October.

Timebank Radio is another project, run every Wednesday, from 10am to 1pm, available to volunteers.

The project is a fresh new internet radio station, where new and emerging talent can practice their skills on a global scale and get constructive feedback on their performance.

It will give those interested in taking part the opportunity to experience what it is like to work in radio and what roles are available, and most importantly, it will give you opportunity to meet people.
