Walking miles for Logan

A Kilsyth mum took part in a mammoth trek to pay back the charities that have helped care for her son who has an undiagnosed illness.

Donna Quinn (40), of Register Road, took part in The Kiltwalk from Hampden to Loch Lomond on Sunday.

She was joined on the 26-mile trek by friends Teresa Doggart, Margaret Thomson and Helen Walton.

And the group’s efforts were not in vain as they did the challenge for charities that have supported Donna, her husband Phil and their son Logan (5) .
