Welcome all - by royal appointment
Her Majesty The Queen has commissioned a new Vice Lord Lieutenant and four new Deputy Lieutenants in agreement with the Lord-Lieutenant of Lanarkshire, Mushtaq Ahmad OBE. John Brown is Vice Lord Lieutenant and Fazal Bukhsh, Alexander Wilkie, Marie Clare Gallagher and Neena Mahal are Deputy Lieutenants.
