We’re not chuffed -row over ornamental train

Members of Condorrat Community Council have expressed concerns about the display which was created by schoolchildren with Condorrat Tenants and Residents Association using recycled materials.

And both organisations are effectively at loggerheads as a result.

Last week’s community council meeting saw member Bobby Johnstone raise fears about the location of the train which borders a road with a 40 mile speed limit – in a move which was not well received by CTRA members who were also in attendance.
