Westfield youngsters raise £760

OUR parents are usually the people we look up to when we’re young, but who knew that dressing up as one of them could raise money for charity?

The staff and pupils at Westfield Primary School and Nursery certainly found that out after they raised over £700 for Water Aid by holding a ‘perfect parents day’ along with other activities.

Pupils in primary six got together with children in the nursery to raise the cash after hearing about the dire situation of water provision and availability in Malawi.
