You’ve got to be in it to win it!
Nominate your favourite Cumbernauld and Kilsyth businesses
GOOD service and happy smiling faces certainly deserve attention. And this week the News and Chronicle is launching its very own awards ceremony to give credit where it’s due. We’re asking you to nominate the friendliest or most popular firms in your community in one or all of four categories.
We’re looking for the best pub, best hair and beauty salon, the best restaurant or takeaway and the best shop.
The only way to enter is using our form printed in the News and Chronicle, photocopies are not allowed. However, you can enter as many different businesses as you like, simply get hold of another form if you want to nominate more. Each firm only needs one nomination to be in the running at this stage. It will then be up to our readers to vote for their favourites, via specially printed coupons, next month.
Editor Jackie Mitchell said: ‘‘Make sure your firm is the Talk of the Town in our fabulous contest by asking your regulars to nominate you.
‘‘Don’t let your favourite pub, salon, shop or restaurant/takeaway miss out on a chance to make our shortlist, fill in the form below.’’
Firms nominated will be able to pick up publicity posters from the News and Chronicle office.
