Chip shop owner helps Colts on tour
FOOTBALLERS who play for Cumbernauld Colts recently went to Italy to play in a tournament.
The Cumbernauld Colts 1998 were sported new tracksuits on the trip, which were supplied by Baldassarra’s fish and chip shop in Condorrat.
A Cumbernauld Colts spokesman said: “On finding out the boys were going to Italy, owner Nico Baldassarra was more than happy to lend a hand.
“The boys won four of their five games including a 2-0 victory over AC Milan soccer school.”
