Cumbernauld ladies run out winners at Stirling

Cumbernauld Indoor Bowling Club’s ladies team were in action again this week in the Inter Club League when they had to travel to play the ladies from the Stirling Club.

From the start Cumbernauld raced into a lead which they were never in any danger of giving up. Towards the end the local team did pull back a few shots but by this time the game was won, with Cumbernauld running out winners by 91 shots to 66.

A very good victory which leaves the local team sitting second top of the league with only one defeat.
