Eilidh clears first hurdle in bid for Olympic medal glory in Brazil

The semi-finals were due to take place early this morning (Wednesday) when Soyle was hoping to go one better than London four years ago when she also reached the semi-finals.
Since then has won European gold and her second Commonwwealth Games silver medal.
