Highland League leaders Formartine United will provide the opposition for Clyde in the second round of the Scottish Cup later this month.
Thursday afternoon’s draw handed Barry Ferguson’s men a long trip north for their first match in this season’s competition.
However there will be home comfort for Cumbernauld Colts who will take on either fellow Lowland League side BSC Glasgow or Ayrshire junior giants Auchinleck Talbot at Broadwood.
Clyde lost to non-league Spartans last season and will take nothing for granted against a Fortmartine side who have won nine out of 10 league games so far and beat Gretna 2008 3-1 in their first round match.
BSC Glasgow and Auchinleck Talbot drew 2-2 in their first round match last Saturday and will replay this Saturday.
Colts, who defeated Glasgow University 3-0 in their first ever Scottish Cup match on Sunday, have already beaten BSC Glasgow once this season, winning 4-0 away from home in August.
The Glasgow side are third bottom of the Lowland League table.
Auchinleck Talbot did the Super League West and Scottish Junior Cup double last season.
The second round ties will be played on Saturday, October 24.
