Scottish League Two

Clyde suffered a disappointing result in League Two on Saturday, as Berwick Rangers fired in three second-half goals.

Bully Wee boss Barry Ferguson made two changes to the team replacing David Sinclair and David Gray with Scott Ferguson and Stephen O’Donnell.

The first half was a closely fought affair, with both sides having a couple of good chances to score.

A Scott Durie low cross just needed a touch but missed everyone in the box and Scott McManus forced William Bald into a good stop from close range.

Alan Martin pulled off a good block from close range and Andrew Russell curled a shot just past the post from the edge of the box.

In the second haalf the visitors grew in confidence and took the lead after 66 minutes, Darren Lavery tapping in at the back post.

Berwick scored two more goals before the end of the match as Clyde’s attempt to produce a comeback fizzled out.

Steven Notman was credited with the final touch as the ball found the net from a corner and Lavery added the third.
