Colts collect Team of the Year Shield

Cumbernauld Colts under 16s were awarded the annual Team of the Year shield on Saturday, in front of a crowd in excess of 1000 at the club’s annual awards presentation at their home ground, Broadwood
 Stadium.

This was a fitting accolade which brought to an end one of the most successful seasons by any section in the clubs long history.

The boys had already won the annual football festival, the league championship, the knock out cup, the league cup and the coveted regional cup.

In a season where they won 56 games out of a possible 58 and remained undefeated at Broadwood Stadium, the club are delighted with the success of the team and wish them good luck for next season.
