Pupils from S1 to S3 lined up to pose with League Cup after an act of generosity and kindness meant that the trophy found itself to be in Our Lady’s High for the day.

In the Clydesdale Bank competition ‘SPL Trophy for the day’, which raises money for Action for Children’s annual Sports Dinner, customers were given the chance to have the SPL Trophy come to their place of work for a day. Paul Smith, owner of PS Bodyshop and PS Autogrinding, is a great supporter of the charity and won the prize at an event last year. With Paul’s son attending Our Lady’s High, the garage owner was eager that his prize benefited others and offered the trophy to his son’s school for the day.

Pupils and staff were delighted and Mr Currie and the school would like to thank Mr Smith for his act of kindness.
