Kilsyth Civic Week - under 12’s football tournament

The team played Balmalloch Primary School in the final and won 3-1.

The competition took place in Kilsyth sportsfield on Sunday, June 9.

A spokesman for the organisers of the event, said: “The sun shone brightly on the day and the tournament ran without a hitch.

“A big thank you to all the boys and coaches who took part and hope they all enjoyed their games.

“Another big thank you to all the parents and teachers who came along on the day to give their support, it was very much appreciated.

“A final big thank you to Andy Morris and David Rankin who volunteered their services to referee.

“Well done to all teams for a fantastic show of exciting football.”
