This will be followed by the ladies’ section highlighting their new-found skills as they enter their second season of competition.

Following this there will be a Stepps XI versus Stepps Veterans match – there will be some well known faces from the past appearing in this game which is sure to be pretty competitive! At 2.45pm Stepps 1st XI will take on a Scottish Select XI which will be a fitting end to the playing events.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and the club looks forward to seeing as many spectators as possible throughout the day.

Following on from the day’s events the centenary dinner will take place in the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow and is open to all current and ex-members and indeed anyone who would like to attend. Already over 160 tickets have been sold and guests are literally arriving from all over the world to attend including Mike Carle travelling back from New Zealand, Ronnie Neilson from Ontario, Derek Grant from Texas, Iain Davies from New York and Tom McCowan from Spain.
