Rangers haven’t been in action since losing to Camelon in the Scottish Junior Cup last month and also lost their last league outing, 4-1 to Cumbernauld.

Manager Keith Hogg said: “ It’s been very frustrating because the guys are desperate to get back into action.

“We’ve had a fantastic start with five wins out of six and the last thing you want is for the call-offs to pile up and then you get affected by a lot of midweek game in the later stages of the season.

“But Glencairn have started to pick up compared to the start of the season so it will be another tough game.”
