Rangers go top of league

THIS was a good win for Rangers in their first league match since November – putting them on top of the division.

It was not an easy three points though. After a goal-less first half the visitors scored first and it took a spirited fightback to make sure the points stayed at Duncansfield.

The pitch passed a morning inspection but was soft and heavy and both sides found it hard to get going in the early stages.
