United though, were very unfortunate not to take the three points as a post denied Stuart McNally of netting with minutes to go.

Still, four points out of six against Shotts this season cannot be sneezed at.

Next Saturday it’s a short journey to Bellshill to lay them in another league encounter. Manager Danny Drew will certainly want a result here. Kick off 2.15pm.
