For fun and friendship join our choir
The choir resumes practice at Cumbernauld Village Hall on Thursday, February 4. Many of its members are passionate about perrforming and have done so since the early days of the 1970s and 1980s, and their concerts often sell out the New Town Hall and other venues.
However the choir is threatened by a lack of new blood coming forward – something they are very keen to address.

But practice and performing together is very enjoyable and you make good friendships, which is why so many of us have been doing it for ages.
“The choir used to be much bigger than it is now, but a while ago our conductor and accompanist left and we lost quite a few members in the time after that. We have a new conductor and an accompanist now and want to build the choir back up again.”
