PUPILS of Condorrat Primary School were successful when they travelled to the Mòd in Barra during the September break and showcased their ability in speaking Gaelic in conversation, reading at sight, storytelling, poetry and singing.
The prize winners were: Elliot MacKinnon, first for poetry and third for conversation; Rebecca Swallow, second for poetry and second for singing; Ava MacKinnon, first for solo, first for conversation, seond for reading at sight, second for storytelling and third for poetry. Ava was also awarded the trophy for singing and an overall points trophy. They all did Condorrat Primary very proud. The school would also like to wish all the pupils who are travelling to Dunoon during the October holiday for the National Mòd the very best of luck.
